Location Requirements: The ideal candidate should reside within the Mid-Atlantic corridor, specifically in the Greater Philadelphia-Baltimore-Washington DC Metropolitan Area. This central location will allow for optimal access to both the northern and southern parts of the territory. The role requires regular travel (25-50%) throughout the Northeast region to visit and oversee operations across all locations.

Position Overview: The Vice President of Operations will oversee operations for the Northeast United States market, managing over 60 body shops across the region (New Hampshire to Virginia). This role has full P&L responsibility for approximately $250 million in revenue and will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and growth across the region.
