Responsibilities

The ELS Instructor delivers company-focus–driven, enterprise-aligned training designed to support standardized processes, operational excellence, and long-term business performance. This role partners cross-functionally to design, deliver, and reinforce structured learning experiences that develop leaders, strengthen subject matter expertise, and ensure consistent execution across all markets.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Deliver planned, enterprise-aligned training based on defined company focus areas, performance trends, and standardized initiatives using virtual, in-field, and classroom formats.
  • Conduct and support Deep Dives (virtual and in-field) aligned to company focus areas, identifying individual and small-group skill gaps and delivering targeted, actionable coaching through structured intake, prioritization, and execution processes across all departments.
  • Partner with cross-functional leadership teams, including Operations and other stakeholders, to align training priorities, delivery methods, and reinforcement plans with company-wide objectives.
  • Support standardized onboarding and enablement efforts by leveraging established training modules, LMS-driven assignments, and completion tracking to ensure visibility and accountability
  • Track and analyze performance data to assess competency development and training effectiveness, leveraging enterprise reporting tools to identify trends, refine training focus, and make data-driven recommendations for optimal outcomes.
  • Lead enterprise process implementation and system adoption by partnering in discovery, developing and standardizing training materials, and executing structured training, in-field reinforcement, and ongoing support to ensure consistent adoption across all departments and markets.
  • Contribute to learning system enablement and material governance by supporting LMS logistics, maintaining a centralized inventory of training materials, and reinforcing governance standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in writing collision estimates using CCC and/or Mitchell Cloud (preferred).
  • Ability to think strategically and execute within standardized, enterprise frameworks.
  • Strong virtual facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively lead discussions and present to senior and executive-level leadership.
  • Ability to lead and maintain a sound learning environment through effectively addressing behaviors, managing within time constraints and escalating when appropriate.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the month based on organizational needs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
  • High level of technical aptitude with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Teams, and experience using business intelligence tools such as PowerBI, Asana, Smartsheet, etc.
  • Demonstrated learning agility with the ability to rapidly adapt to new technologies, tools, and processes.
  • Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining focus on enterprise objectives.
