  • Serve as a senior technical resource by providing guidance, mentoring, and work review support to analysts and cash application specialists.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements and automation opportunities across billing, collections, and cash application functions to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Partner with Information Systems to evaluate and implement enhancements to estimating, management, and financial systems impacting accounts receivable processes and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Billing, Estimating, Operations, Collections, and Information Systems to investigate discrepancies, address recurring issues, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Monitor corrective actions through resolution, evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements, and escalate recurring issues as appropriate.
  • Provide timely and professional support to internal and external stakeholders by addressing billing inquiries, payment discrepancies, and account-related concerns.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing requested documentation, maintaining established procedures, and ensuring compliance with internal controls related to accounts receivable.
  • Monitor key accounts receivable performance indicators and provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership to improve collections, reduce outstanding balances, and strengthen financial reporting.
